Sourdough Oatmeal Bake

Ingredients: 

2 soft bananas 

70g quick oats 

50g maple syrup 

140g milk 

100g discard 

1 tsp cinnamon 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

berries and butter (for after the bake)

Instructions: 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees 

1. Smash the Bananas into baking dish

2. Combine Discard, Milk, Oats, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla 

3. Pour mixture over bananas and with a fork fold smash bananas in lightly but not entirely

4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and finished. Top with berries and bake again or serve with fresh berries and topped with grassfed butter
